Shipment and delivery time
10 over 10 will ship your parcel securely and fully insured via FedEx or UPS.
Once we have received your full payment, we will proceed to dispatch. We aim to ship your order as soon as possible with our carrier.
Orders will be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days, as 10 over 10 follows predetermined schedules. For security reasons, we do not keep stock on-site, all our timepieces are securely stored in an external facility.
We only ship within the EU. (If you would like a package shipped outside the EU, please contact us for the options).
Shipping rates
- Free within the EU, insured via Fedex or UPS. Please contact us for the possibilities and tariffs for orders outside the EU.
Orders from outside the EU and import taxes
For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for all imports and applicable import taxes. The customer is responsible for the charges. 10 over 10 is not responsible for import taxes.
When importing items, the carrier and/or customs office will contact the customer. 10 over 10 has no control over the amount to be paid.
Customs policies vary from each country. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
10 over 10 does not accept returns on orders placed outside the EU.

Terms and Conditions for Insured Shipping/Delivery
1. Delivery to a Natural Person
Packages can only be shipped with insurance if they are delivered to an address where a natural person is present, such as a residential or business address. Delivery to a collection point, pick-up point, or post office is not possible for insured shipping.
2. Delivery and Responsibility
Once a package has been handed over to the carrier by 10 over 10, the carrier assumes full responsibility for the transport and delivery. From that moment, 10 over 10 is not liable for any loss, damage, delays during transit, or delivery to an incorrect address.
When a package has been delivered to the specified address, received by a natural person, or subsequently delivered by the carrier to a collection point, pick-up point, or post office, this is considered a successful delivery. From that moment, full responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
